Hi, I’m Ashley, a wife, mom of two, and someone who believes that the best things in life often start right in the kitchen.

My journey with fresh milled flour began when I was simply trying to make healthier choices for my family. I had no idea the impact it would have on our lives. When I learned that fresh milled flour contains 40 of the 44 essential nutrients our bodies need, I was amazed. But it wasn’t until I started baking with it that I truly understood how powerful it could be.

Over time, I watched our health transform. We went from hardly healthy to hardly sick. My energy came back, my kids were thriving, and meals became something we all looked forward to again. And beyond the health benefits, the food was absolutely delicious. Even my pickiest eaters couldn’t resist warm bread fresh from the oven.

These days, I bake just about everything with fresh milled flour: breads, cookies, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, sourdough, and crackers. Our home is filled with the wonderful aroma of something baking and the satisfaction of knowing we are nourishing our bodies with real, wholesome food.

I started Fresh Flour Living because I want to share that same joy and transformation with you. Here you’ll find everything I’ve learned along the way, including recipes, tips, and encouragement to help you create food that is as nutritious as it is delicious.
